- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently visited CDI coon rapids for some imaging. I was billed about 3.5 times my quote. I was quoted $1280 for my procedure and my actual bill was $4225. Shocked with this bill I called immediately. They are extremely unconcerned about my circumstance and do not care a bit that their quote was nowhere near the actual bill. They will not do anything about it and have made multiple excuses about why the quote may be different than the actual bill. One statement was that I had "ended up" getting a different procedure. This is completely inaccurate. The same imaging recommended by my doctor, is the same procedure which was quoted minutes after the recommendation, is the same procedure ordered by my doctor minutes after receiving the quote. Since I was not given a paper copy of this quote to prove anything they simply state "well I wasn't the one to provide the quote so how do I know you are giving the right number?" Really?!?! My decision to receive the imaging was solely based on the inaccurate quote provided. I would have never gone through with it had I known they the bill that they would send my insurance was $3145 more than what I had thought they would bill my insurance. This leaves the entire insurance adjusted balance MY responsibility which is WAY MORE than expected. BEYOND DISPLEASED!!! I would recommend Suburban Imaging instead. I have had two separate images performed at this clinic a year ago. Prices were what I had expected and not inflated.December 02, 2016by Toni Rinehart
