  Everyone at Metro Dentalcare has been pleasant to work with. The quality work by both Dr. Lugo (Metro Dentalcare) and Dr. Dulac (EAL) has eradicated the pain. I am more positive about dental health. Thank you to Nancy (receptionist) who committed herself to making the scheduling work and to Jennifer (Dental Assistant) who lightened the tension with both her professionalism and sense of humor. Thanks to both Doctors Lugo and Dulac, who, each in his own way, communicated his skills, assuredness, and patient care.

  Good hygienists, poor dentists. I have seen three different dentists here and they all have done poor work. I have had minor and major work done. They are more about pushing you through quickly and you are simply a number. They have no guarantee behind their work. If you are ok with getting a filling done then a month later you still have issues and need a crown, its your problem and on your dime. The billing ladies are rude and have no respect for patients or questions you may have. I would recommend finding someone in your network that has a private practice that pours their heart into their work. For the price of dental care you deserve quality dental work.
